‘The outer world changes only when inner self changes.’ What a profound saying.
We keep on repeating same things days in and days out and expect different results. As Einstein said, ‘The definition of insanity is doing same thing again and again and expect different results.’ We need to take out few moments and sit down quietly with ourselves, take stock of our inner self, our feelings, our thoughts and our calling.
Most of the times, we are responsible for our problems, ailments, phobias, complexes, shortcomings, issues, etc. The set of believes that we create through our conditioning create a pile of negativity that is retained in our subconscious mind. As this pile reaches its tipping point, it starts to manifest in outer form, in one way or the other. Sometimes it limits our capabilities and restrict our abilities, it may create emotional debris, and at times it manifests in some form of disease.
Our thoughts change into feelings and somehow our feelings take the shape of our believes that could be lack of abundance, limited capability, entrapment, etc. Our thoughts get restricted, and we get caught up in the vicious circle of negativity.
Problems are solved once we start to acknowledge ourselves, away from the daily chores.
First and foremost, accept ourselves exactly the way we are. Give ourselves our due share of time, without any distraction. A time to reflect ourselves with ourselves. Pathway starts to emerge without any effort and without any struggle. We get directed to the right path destined for us effortlessly.

Before meditation I wasn't able to connect with nature .I wasn't able to feel unheard of sounds and invisible things that have connection with soul . I can now feel good and bad vibrations if I go somewhere .I enjoyed my company alone .I became familiar with the word "energy" and "chakras" and know that there is a whole world to study upon onwards in future.I am now a better version of myself than before, more powerful and clear towards my decisions .I am trying to become more positive in my thoughts through meditation and breathing techniques taught by Sir Awais .I am thankful for Sir Awais , because of his sessions I am a different person now .
