Certain challenges pose extreme uphill task for us, such as abused childhood, open sensitive wounds, deep toxic relationships, forgiveness issues, past traumas, lack of abundance – all such conditions leave emotional debris in our body. These conditions manifest in relentless stresses and constant worries on various fronts.
Our mind works in certain ways that we need to understand.
Put it simply – thought is the seed.
Researchers claim that a common person mind produces around 60,000 + thoughts in 24 hours. We are not to put a guard over our thoughts. We need to tame our thoughts to our benefit and betterment. We need to guide our thoughts.
The constant chattering of thoughts needs to be guided to produce desirable and sustainable results.

The Basic Transformation and Healing (BTH) workshop is basically designed to empower yourself to take charge of your life in your own hands. The BTH workshop is to assist and guide you to realize the powers within you to come out of your current situations. To live a stress free, happy, and peaceful life.
In the workshop you will learn how does the mind work, how to pacify the disturbing thoughts, how to tackle stresses, situations, challenges of your life.

You will be given proper training with handouts. You will be encouraged to carry on the practice to make sustainable, and measurable changes in your lives. The energy generated is enormously positive and loving energy. Don’t miss the chance to feel the loving and healing energy.
Before meditation I wasn't able to connect with nature .I wasn't able to feel unheard of sounds and invisible things that have connection with soul . I can now feel good and bad vibrations if I go somewhere .I enjoyed my company alone .I became familiar with the word "energy" and "chakras" and know that there is a whole world to study upon onwards in future.I am now a better version of myself than before, more powerful and clear towards my decisions .I am trying to become more positive in my thoughts through meditation and breathing techniques taught by Sir Awais .I am thankful for Sir Awais , because of his sessions I am a different person now .
