Pleasure:- It is often confused with happiness. Pleasure is a shadow of happiness, short lived, somewhat shallow. You could get pleasure from your favourite smell, dress, drink, chocolate, food, etc. Pleasure is achieving or acquiring stuff, rewarding yourself, enjoying social media, entertainment, etc. It could be something which gives you a kick like winning a video game. With pleasure you release Dopamine enzyme. We do require pleasure; it’s not bad to seek right pleasure.
Happiness:- This stage of happiness is reached with or without acquiring or achieving anything, material or non-material stuff. Just by thinking a happy thought we can become happy. Just being in a state of gratitude. Clear blue sky with shinning sun in cold winter, smile of a cute kid, mere seeing someone happy, helping someone, etc., brings undefined happiness.
Happiness is deep, long lasting, and desirable. Happy state of mind releases Oxytocin that is also called as the love hormone.
Health:- By becoming muscular, handsome, slim and sexy we don’t become healthy. That’s the physical side of our being. Health is when our physical body is in alignment with our emotional self, we eat appropriate portions, we have good night sleep, we live through the day as we have achieved something great, and we remain grounded.
Bliss:- A constant stage of being in harmony, and tranquillity. A state of being, where peace and harmony resides deep in your heart. It’s like residing in paradise – beyond happiness. In blissfulness you don’t get bothered by outside happening. It is as a shield has been formed around you and your inner self is protected whatever is happening outside you

Before meditation I wasn't able to connect with nature .I wasn't able to feel unheard of sounds and invisible things that have connection with soul . I can now feel good and bad vibrations if I go somewhere .I enjoyed my company alone .I became familiar with the word "energy" and "chakras" and know that there is a whole world to study upon onwards in future.I am now a better version of myself than before, more powerful and clear towards my decisions .I am trying to become more positive in my thoughts through meditation and breathing techniques taught by Sir Awais .I am thankful for Sir Awais , because of his sessions I am a different person now .
